Our story begins with Dr. Carolyn Wooley, a visionary veterinarian who set out to transform feline care after earning her doctorate from the University of Pennsylvania over 40 years ago.
The Mercer Country Spay Neuter Incentive Program, McSNIP, is run by veterinarian, Dr. Carolyn Wooley. It is a feline-only clinic that focuses on spaying and neutering cats with special pricing for feral and shelter cats.
